Martine, a PhD graduate in Medical Sciences from the Free University of Brussels, has advanced her career from a senior clinical embryologist to an IVF lab director and Scientific Director. As an ESHRE certified senior clinical embryologist, Martine has managed different laboratories in Belgium and the Netherlands. Her academic contributions include over 100 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters, she presented numerous lectures at global conferences. Martine is an associate editor for Human Fertility, serves on the editorial board of ten international journals, and participates actively in different professional societies. Over the years, her commitment extends to organizing international events and providing hands-on training. She co-founded and directed Embryolab Academy, a training center in Greece. In her current role as Director of Professional Education at CooperSurgical Fertility Solutions she designs coordinates and delivers professional education and training in the field of ART.
