Toni has over 27 years of experience directing IVF Laboratories.  She was the Laboratory Director of Reproductive Biology Unit, Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto, and Laboratory Director for Procrea Fertility Centre in Vaughan, Canada: Responsible for all aspects of laboratory services, including Andrology, ART procedures, cryobanking as well as pre-implantation genetic diagnosis/screening. In addition she was closely involved in clinical and basic science research projects.

Inter alia, Toni has consulted on ART laboratory design, products and equipment, protocols, and quality management.

While at LifeGlobal as Director of Clinical and Technical Support, she was tasked with the organization and hosting of training workshops, implementation/integration of products in the customer environment, and provided technical resource for Sales Team and distribution partners.  Preparation and co-ordination of Regulatory, Post- Market Surveillance and Clinical Evaluation Reviews (various jurisdictions) came under her remit.

Presently, she is the Director of Clinical and Technical Support at CooperSurgical Fertility and Genomic Solutions, member of the Medical Affairs Americas, acting primarily as Clinical Application Specialist.
