Leoni holds a BSc in Biology, MSc in Prenatal Genetics and Fetal Medicine and a PhD in Human Genetics from University College London. She has been working in the field of PGT for the past 15 years, first as a PGD scientist at the UCL Centre for PGD, then as Lab Manager at Genesis Genetics and currently as Lab Director in the UK CooperGenomics lab. She has been with Cooper for the past 8 years and is very proud of how the UK PGT lab has grown.

In her free time Leoni enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading and going to the cinema. Her favourite place in the world is Sifnos but she loves travelling and exploring new places.
