Kristine McWilliams serves as the Medical Director, Genomics for CooperSurgical Fertility & Genomic Solutions. She is instrumental in defining the path of the genomics division and works closely with cross-functional teams. Kristine also manages the genetic counseling program, and guides the team’s clinical decision-making, ensuring clinicians and patients are equipped with genomic information that would inform their transfer decisions.

Dr. McWilliams has been in the field of PGT since 2013 and has a particular expertise in PGT-M. She obtained her MD and PhD degrees from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine’s Medical Scientist Training Program (MSTP). Her doctorate is in the field of human genetics and epigenetics.
