Webinar Description

This webinar aims to introduce participants to the factors that can limit the success of embryo culture and explore how these can be controlled.  The laboratory procedures for set up of cultures, including dish preparation, control of pH, and influence of oil overlays will be considered. 

 

Webinar Objectives

To consider the factors that might contribute to suboptimal culture conditions and how to control them. 

 

Target Audience

Lab technicians, clinical embryologists, and research scientists wishing to learn about factors impacting the success of embryo culture. 

 

Educational needs and expected outcomes

The webinar aims to provide participants with an introduction to factors affecting embryo culture, including pH and osmolality, and how these can be optimized in the clinical IVF laboratory. During the ‘Meet the expert’ sessions, questions will be answered directly in a one-on-one meeting with our experienced embryologists and scientists.

Required prior knowledge for participation in webinar

Participants should ideally be working in embryo culture (whether clinically or academically), though no specific experience is needed.
