CooperSurgical has 10 manufacturing, 8 distribution, and 5 genomic laboratory sites strategically located across the US, Europe, Middle East, Asia and Australia. This broad footprint gives us enormous flexibility in shifting inventory and other resources to address any regional or global issue including the current COVID-19 crisis.
As a matter of business continuity, we make it a priority to always maintain significant quantities of supply chain components and other materials necessary to support your needs. Uncertainty and business challenges are something that CooperSurgical has prepared for and as a result we can proudly say that our global contingency plans are working well. We are in constant communication with our supply chain and distribution partners and barring any significant transportation bans, we expect to fulfill your orders over the course of this crisis with no significant disruption or delay.
In order to best serve your needs while also protecting the health and welfare of our staff, all CooperSurgical employees who are able to perform their job from home are now doing so throughout the world. This includes our Customer Service, Finance, and other office employees that you may speak to from time to time. We are committed to ensuring these services support your needs and maintain the highest level of performance.
Our manufacturing, distribution and other operational sites are all operating as usual, however we have strictly limited facility access to only production-essential employees. In addition, we have transitioned to extended shifts and rotating personnel where appropriate to allow for “social distancing” to reduce the risk of staff illness.
We will continue to monitor government and other authorities’ guidance throughout this crisis and take the actions necessary to protect our employees and best service your needs.
